Philpstoun Bing
PPCA worked with a range of consultants to secure planning permission on behalf of Neil Williams Haulage for a recycling facility and restoration of a bing at Philpstoun Bing, West Lothian. We provided the planning input to the Environmental Statement (managed by Wardell Armstrong). The application was refused because of significant local opposition but was granted at appeal following a Planning Inquiry. The Inquiry was led by MacLay Murray & Spens with PPCA providing planning advice, appearing as expert witness and project managing the technical team.
