The masterplan was developed by same team, reinforced by architects and engineers working in close collaboration with South Ayrshire Council, with PPCA landscape architects leading the overall site design.
The masterplan has been approved by the council as a condition on the outline planning consent, and the masterplan team have been reappointed by Mactaggart and Mickel to carry out the detail design of the first phase of development.
