I don’t understand why, on the one hand, the Scottish Government promotes the development of renewable energy projects across Scotland through National Planning Framework 2 – a good thing as it will make the country more sustainable in the long run – when, on the other, Central Government reduces the Feed In Tariff needed to kick start this nascent technology before it even gets the chance to prove itself….
